Chassis, Air Ride, Brakes, Gears,  Wheels, and Tires 

Chris Alston Chassis Works custom built chassis G-Machine front frame system with VariShock Shockwave air ride system, power rack and pinion steering, tubular chromoly upper and lower control arms with sculpted front spindles, Wilwood 15- inch front brake system with 6 piston calipers. Rear suspension is a custom triangulated 4 link with airlift air bag system. Rear frame system is factory style C channel completely boxed in with added crossmembers, front to rear, with driveshaft safety loops. Raised rear frame to accommodate custom rear 4 link.  Air ride system controlled by RideTech with leveling control sensors, Viair dual 480 compressors with custom frame mounted 10-gal air tank. Ford 9-inch rear end with Strange Engineering carrier, Detroit TrueTrac posi differential with 3.50 gears, Daytona pinion bearing supports, 35 spline Strange Engineering axles, Wilwood rear brakes, 14-inch 6P calipers with E-Stopp electric e-brake system controlled via Wilwood dual master cylinders and pedal system.  Rushforth Night Train 20x9.0 front and 22x12 rear wheels with 255/35/20 & 335/25/22 Pirelli P Zero tires.

Electrical, Air Steering, and Dash 

Complete custom wiring system throughout. Vintage Air Gen 2 air conditioning system with HDX system controller with Vintage Air billet Proline 2 vent system, Dakota Digital HDX dash instrument cluster with boost bim, outside air temp with compass bim, Flaming River black roaster style steering column with all chromoly U-joints and stainless-steel steering shafts, Billet Specialties steering wheel and black billet hub with billet column mount system. Dynamat sound deadening material installed throughout the complete inside of the cab.

Body  Fabrication

Bed raised 3-inches and wheel tubs added to accommodate wider tires, tailgate fabricated for inside locks,  2.5-inches of metal added to front and rear fenders bottoms, lowered running boards, both doors smoothed and shaved of handles and all corners have been rounded, fitted delete plate on front bumper, rear spoiler added with through exhaust tips, hidden tail light mount wires, rounded corners on hood to match doors, firewall removed and reset back 4-inches in middle to accommodate Ford Coyote Motor, custom mounted billet hood hinges, smoothed window edges for cleaner look and rolled rocker panels for better fitment.

Paint 

Over 600 hours of body prep time for paint. All parts completely stripped and sandblasted as needed, mocked up and fitted to the vehicle, then disassembled to bare chassis. All parts sent to powder coating and painting then reassembled as needed.

Interior & Sound System 

Custom interior by Audio 916 includes custom fiberglass dash overlay assembly, Jensen den style radio face integrated into center console with sport mode shifter, inlay moldings for one piece headliner with led bar dome light, and door panels with strip led lighting. All pieces handcrafted with carbon fiber inlay. One piece door glass with no vent windows, Billet Specialties inside door handles, Nu-Relics electric windows with billet lighted switches, bucket design seats with Italian leather and custom stitching, and lap style 3-inch-wide belts. Custom AMP panel behind seat with dual 8-inch subwoofers and 6-inch speakers.

Final Assembly (Post Paint)

Build chassis, assemble rear end, front suspension, motor, transmission and mount into powder coated frame. Reassemble all body parts (fenders, doors, bed, tailgate, hood etc.), wire as needed, build and plumb fuel system and custom build walnut bed boards to fit the bed mount exhaust system. Complete build as needed for a turnkey vehicle. (Approx. 890 hours).
