Vehicle Description

Offered for sale is an absolutely exceptional example of a 1958 Chevrolet Impala. This is a 2-owner vehicle and its current condition is the result of a restoration that was commissioned by its original owner in 2010. The job included upgrading the drivetrain to a GM supplied 502 crate engine that produces 450 HP mated to an uprated TH400 transmission and Currie 9 inch rear end. It was also upgraded with front power disc brakes, an uprated GM 605 power steering box, poly engine and transmission bushings. The entire car was repainted to an extremely high level of quality, all of the brightwork was refinished, new glass, weather stripping, interior, exhaust, you name it, it’s been done.

It has been meticulously maintained by the 2nd owner who has kept it in a private collection for the last 14 years and went above and beyond to make sure its condition was preserved and everything was operating exactly how it should. The next owner will be lucky to inherit this labor of love, it is extremely well finished and sorted. It is an icon on 4 wheels that is also amazing to drive.
